Submitting a takedown notice

Email dmca@sellaro.live with:

• Your contact info and physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark.
• The URL of the infringing material on Sellaro.
• A statement made in good faith that use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe in error, email the same address with your contact info, the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, and consent to jurisdiction in the federal district court of San Francisco.

Repeat infringers

Accounts with repeated infringement will be terminated.
