Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Sellaro safe and fun, you may not use the service to:

Prohibited items

• Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded merchandise.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or items designed to disable safety devices.
• Drugs, drug paraphernalia, tobacco, vaping, alcohol (where regulated).
• Live animals, human remains, ivory, or any item violating wildlife protection law.
• Stolen, recalled, or repossessed property.
• Hateful, sexual, or violent content; items glorifying terror or genocide.
• Items requiring licenses you don't hold (firearms, medical devices, hazmat).

Prohibited conduct

• Shill bidding, wash trading, or price manipulation.
• Selling outside Sellaro to evade fees ("fee avoidance").
• Harassing, threatening, doxxing, or impersonating others.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or attacking our systems.
• Using bots without express written permission.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, forfeiture of pending payouts, and referral to law enforcement.
